This may include Email Address, Username, Role, Interface and Printout Language and maybe other personal information as necessary to create an account. Before we save this personal information, you must agree to Terms of Service that indicates your affirmative consent. We provide a clear notice of Personal Data collection, retention, deletion, expiration though our privacy policy and terms of service. You have the right to be forgotten. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario Canada and Canadian federal law and you consent to the jurisdiction of the provincial and federal courts located in the Province of Ontario Canada.
