Announcements

The months of May-October are ready to be scheduled.

Please note when scheduling: The week of August 24 2026, the Living As Christians part entitled 'Special Campaign in September' is to be assigned to the Service Overseer. When manually assigning, or after auto assigning, manually assign the Service Overseer for that part.

Please also note that for many weeks in September and October, the "What Would You Say?" parts appear in the Apply Yourself to the Field Ministry section. Such 'Discussion' parts are to be handled by an elder or a qualified ministerial servant (S-38). Students who have the 'Discussion' part selected in their profile may be auto-assigned or manually assigned to this part.

New Step-by-Step Video Guides Available

Two new step-by-step video guides are now available, walking you through the latest features for managing your congregation schedules in OCLM Software:

  • User Management Help Guide View the help guide with embedded video (or watch on YouTube). Learn how to invite users, assign roles (Administrator or Member), and configure read or read/write permissions per feature so fellow brothers can collaborate on congregation scheduling with the right level of access. The guide also shows how to invite congregation publishers to the Publisher Portal so they can view their Midweek Meeting, Weekend Meeting, and Custom Schedule assignments, manage their own contact details, and stay informed – all under your existing subscription, with secure invitations and Google or Microsoft sign-in (MFA supported).
  • Custom Schedules Help Guide View the help guide with embedded video (or watch on YouTube). Learn how to create and manage any congregation schedule you need – Attendants, Audio/Video (Sound, Stage, Microphones), Cleaning, Lawn Maintenance, Snow, Meals (LDC Construction, Pioneer School, Elder School), Security, Parking, Public Witnessing Carts, and other schedules. The guide walks through setting up parts, assigning publishers, handling rotations, and publishing the finished schedule so everyone knows their assignments.

Each guide covers the feature end-to-end – setup, day-to-day use, and tips for getting the most out of it.

Dark Mode is now available!

We've added dark mode support to the site. After you are logged in, you can switch to dark mode using the icon in the nav bar, and toggle back to light mode with the icon.

If you notice any color contrast issues on any page while using dark mode, please let us know so we can address them.

Menu Reorganization – New Mid-Week Meeting Section

As we continue to roll out new features, we've reorganized the main menu to keep everything easy to find and make room for upcoming enhancements.

  • New Mid-Week Meeting section – A dedicated top-level menu now groups all Mid-Week related items together
  • Moved itemsStudents, Schedules, and Congregations have moved under the new Mid-Week Meeting menu
  • Cleaner top-level menu – The main menu stays streamlined, with related features grouped into the appropriate sub-menus

Going forward, we'll continue organizing new features into the most fitting sub-menus so the top-level menu remains clear and uncluttered.

We're excited to introduce a new feature – User Management

Share your congregation account with other brothers! With User Management, you can:

  • Invite collaborators – Invite brothers to help manage schedules using their own Google or Microsoft account (MFA security supported)
  • One subscription, multiple users – Invited users don't need their own subscription
  • Control access – Assign roles (Administrator or Member) and set Read or Read/Write permissions for each feature: Midweek Schedules, Weekend Meeting, Custom Schedules, and User Management
  • Secure invitations – Invitations require a security code shared separately for added protection

To get started, log in and go to User Management from the menu.

We welcome your feedback and encourage you to report any issues as we continue to refine and improve this feature.

We're excited to introduce a new feature – Publisher Portal

Give publishers in your congregation a convenient way to view their meeting assignments! With the Publisher Portal, publishers can:

  • View upcoming assignments – Publishers see their Midweek Meeting, Weekend Meeting, and Custom Schedule assignments all in one place
  • Assignment highlighting – A star icon marks dates where they have an assignment, and their parts are highlighted on the detail page
  • Manage their profile – Publishers can update their name, mobile, and WhatsApp contact information
  • Privacy-first – Only names are displayed on schedules; contact information stays private
  • No extra cost – Publishers access the portal through your existing subscription

To get started, log in and go to User Management to invite publishers and grant them Publisher Portal permission.

For more details, see the Publisher Portal Help Guide.

We're excited to introduce a new feature – Custom Schedules!

With this new feature, you can now create and manage a variety of congregation schedules, including Attendants, Audio/Video, Cleaning, Lawn Maintenance, and any schedule you need, even for circuit assemblies and regional conventions.

We welcome your feedback and encourage you to report any issues as we continue to refine and improve this feature.
