Hello Brother! OCLM Software is designed by brothers, for brothers—helping congregations around the world schedule their Life and Ministry Meetings, Public Talks, and Custom Schedules with ease and confidence.
We hope the OCLM Scheduler helps simplify your responsibilities, whether you serve as an elder, Coordinator of the Body of Elders (COBE), ministerial servant, or assistant. Our goal is to make your work more efficient and free up valuable time for your family, the ministry, shepherding, and caring for the congregation.
OCLM is developed and maintained by a small team of brothers and sisters based in Canada. All team members are in good standing. Some are in full-time service and others have previously served at branch offices—bringing a variety of experience and a shared desire to support congregation needs.
For over 9 years, we've provided the OCLM Scheduler—a secure and user-friendly web-based tool designed to help congregations organize the Our Christian Life and Ministry Meeting efficiently and accurately.
Prior to that, we developed and supported the TMS Desktop Scheduler for more than 10 years, assisting with the Theocratic Ministry School and the early Christian Life and Ministry Meeting format.
As technology evolved, so did the needs of our brothers. We saw the growing demand for a multilingual, mobile-friendly, web-based solution—accessible anytime, from any device.
Thousands of brothers and congregations around the world have benefited from both versions of our scheduling software. We've listened to their feedback, refined the tools, and consistently aimed to keep the interface simple.
It is our sincere hope that this modern web version proves helpful to you and your congregation—saving time, reducing stress, and supporting your sacred responsibilities.
With warm Christian love,
— The OCLM Scheduler Team
Our goal is to make congregation scheduling simple, efficient, and accessible for everyone. We are constantly improving OCLM Software based on feedback from brothers worldwide.
